…to the Democratic party, my vote doesn’t matter.

….Re-brand a bit. Reclaim, rather re-earn, the name Democratic.

They have been completely unable, or unwilling, to fight for, make appreciable action on, or change, any of the degradations of democracy that have occurred in this country.

The curfew scared me more than the protests themselves....

Property has insurance, and can be replaced.

Liberty doesn’t. Rights don’t. Lives can’t.....

Property doesn’t apply equally, hasn’t been available uniformly, to all demographics...

Life is going to throw adversity on you, put monkeys on your back. It will happen. Having the techniques to handle adversity, to respond well, to have resilience and strength under load. It takes practice and a bit of self discipline and honest measurement, self reflection. Just like being an athlete, or getting high test scores.

Have you been practicing, have you been working out, for when your feelings get hurt, or how to handle sadness, or what to do when times get tough?

Is franchising the American dream? Does owning an entity and reaping oodles of proceeds off of it with marginal work put in, entitle you to all that success? Or would the fundamental attribution error, self-selection bias, suggest more empathy, humility, is warranted…
